Delivery Damage - Sedgwick Unresponsive

I sure wish I had found this forum before I purchased an upright freezer from Best Buy whose 3rd party delivery team damaged my wall, my wood railing and broke a door.  Just like so many others on this forum Sedgwick has stopped responding to me about my claim.  The damage occured 12/12/19, my case was supposedly escalated and now my claim specialist's voicemail box is full and not taking any more messages.  She isn't responding to emails either.  The last time I heard from her was 1/7/20.  I've done everything Sedgwick has asked me to do, provided pictures and estimates and now it's like I don't even have a claim.  You'd think a company as big and well known as Best Buy wouldn't want their customers treated so badly.  From now on, if I can't walk out of a Best Buy store with the product I want in my hands I won't be buying it from Best Buy.  No one needs this hassle.  No one has the right to come into your home and be destructive and then not compensate you for it.  I would hope Best Buy was confirming the 3rd parties they deal with are insured for instances where damages occur and if they are what's the hold up?  Maybe it's the claims company Sedgwick that's an issue.  But then again, why would Best Buy want their hard earned reputation tarnished by a company they contract with to care for their customer's damages.  There are so many complaints out there it's unbelieable.  Can't they see there's a problem here?  If any of you are able to finally get some help out of Sedgwick or Best Buy, let me know how you did it.
