Delayed delivery, bad customer service, false advertising

I recently purchased a tv on BB.com. Website said available for delivery next day. Placed the order and was not given option to select delivery date. The next day I receive an email asking to schedule delivery, but the next available date was 2 weeks after the purchase date. Called BB customer service mutiple times, and was basically told to either go to a store to see if they can help, or cancel the order. Horrible experience so far and no one is willing to help or to acknowledge that the website is falsely advertising next day delivery when it's clearly not an option. I would like to file a complaint and to actually speak with someone at the corporate offices, as the practices I've experienced are bad business and outright illegal. Please contact me so I can share more of the experience. I've been a loyal BB customer for years, but after all this, I may never shop at BB again.
