Delayed Delivery / Need to talk with escalation department

Hi, I ordered a swing set in April. The Escalation team called me saying the manufacturer has no ETA on the swingset. I  need to talk with the escalation team that is dealing with my order but i can't seem to get a hold of them on the phone.  The number I have is 1-877-540-5967 but i don' t know if i have the correct extension number. Can someone have the escalation team call me???

Purchasing a new swing set should be an exciting time, so it's discouraging to hear your order took this turn. We know that a delay is never ideal, but I can understand how it would be especially frustrating if you also don't have an estimated date for its arrival.

 

I don't recognize the number you've been reaching out to as a Best Buy phone number, but I'd be happy to provide assistance here. Our team is located at our Best Buy Corporate Office, and are more than capable of handling this type of concern.
