Damaged during install

I had a refrigerator delivered today and during the process the delivery men scratched my kitchen floor and heat register cover. I did not get a chance to look at the area before they left so I could not say anything to them. I feel as though this is unacceptable to tear up someone’s house during an install

To discover your home has been modified after an installation took place would be shocking to discover and I’m thankful you came to us on the Best Buy forums for assistance.  I’m wanting to point you in the right direction to make sure you’re working with the appropriate team!

 

Knowing you’ve stated there was damage, I’d have to ask you to call Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc at 1-800-620-7409.  They will gather all required information to initiate the claim process.
