My husband and I recently spent over $2000, to include the purchase of a Samsung 2019 washer and dryer. My husband took off from work to receive the delivery. Essentially, the washer was badly damaged with a huge dent on one side. I later called to inquire about an expedited shipping date and was told that the first available was on Saturday. I later received a call from another rep stating that the Saturday delivery date couldn’t even be confirmed at this juncture and that next Monday and Tuesday are more realistic. All in all, we are out of our old washer and without the new one. Perhaps to many, it may not be a big deal. However, with a toddler who often has accidents (like today) and a busy household where I often do laundry every day, being without a functioning washer is a huge deal. We are highly frustrated at the current situation and would like a resolution ASAP.
