Sorry that happened to you. If you haven't already, I'd recommend contacting Sedgwick Claims Management—Best Buy's partner for damages—at (800) 620-7409. They would be best positioned to help with any damage to your property during a delivery appointment.

When our customers select to purchase their appliances with us, we are hopeful they’ll have a positive experience with their appliance delivery. Discovered damage to your home after the delivery of your refrigerator is truly disappointing, and I regret the frustration this discovery has undoubtedly generated.
Just as @Sam15 has mentioned, I too would recommend that you contact Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., as they are the insurance company that underwrites Best Buy claims for property damage that may occur during home deliveries or installations. If you haven’t done so yet, call Sedgwick by phone at (800)-620-7409, to begin the claim process.
