Damage done by installer and cannot get a response from Sedgwick, contractor or Best Buy

I received an email from someone at Sedgwick and was told someone would contact me regarding my claim.  My kitchen was damaged by the installers from the local contractor hired by Best Buy to put in my dishwasher,  I have tried to call the person from Sedgwick back (Callie (removed per forum guidelines) and she doesn't answer. Her voice message is full and she doesn't reply to emails.  The local contractor has not responded to emails or phone calls either, Meanwhile the moding and cabinet in my kitchen have remaiined damaged, This has been ongoing for a month, I have sent pictures to everyone involved and spoken to at least 6 people at Best Buy, including the actual store where i made the purchase,  My case number is (removed per forum guidelines) .  Jim
