HOW TO KNOW IF I WILL RECEIVE REFRIDGE TODAY OR NOT THEY DID NOT CALL TO CONFIRM AND FRANKLY I AM GETTING SLEEPY AND NEED A NAP.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF I WILL BE RECEIVING MY ORDER TODAY, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE MONDAY 10/15/20.  I TRIED CUSTOMER SERVICE 25 MINUTE WAIT PERIOD I AM STRUGGLING NOW TO STAY AWAKE

I love a good nap as much as anyone, so I’m sorry to hear your refrigerator delivery was keeping you from catching some quality sleep last week!  We usually try to keep our customers well-informed on the status of their appliance delivery, but if you’ve still not heard anything about when your refrigerator will arrive, you can rest easy knowing you’ve come to the right place for help.

 

For me to review the status of your delivery further, there’s a few pieces of additional information I’ll need to gather from you.  If you could send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number or “Customer Service PIN” located at the bottom of your receipt
