DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN DECEMBER

I placed my delivery over the phone with a CSR named Frank in Corporate Home Theatre (he said). It took hours first of all because he had issues with the system timing out. He had to call me back twice. Both times with incorrect order info. I made it VERY CLEAR AND HE AGREED THST NOTHING WOULD BE DELIVERED FROM THIS BIG ORDER TILL 12/22 because my house is being built.
I received the email verification and 2 items had IMMEDIATE SHIPPING AND I CALLED IMMEFIATELY TO CORRECT THE DELIVERY AND WAS ASSURED IT WAS CORRECTED TO 12/22. BUT IN FACT 2 ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TODAY BY UPS TO AN EMPTY UNFINISHED HOUSE.
I HAVE TROUBLE WITH BEST BUY BEFORE BUT THIS TAKES YHE CAKE!!
