Hi, I have a delivery coming next week and have been on the phone with several different Best Buy agents to get a customized COI but no one has been able to help me. I've been sent emails with directions to request them directly from the insurance provider only to have the insurance provider tell me the request has to come through Best Buy..., I've had agents say they'll get back and then I never hear from the again... it's been the craziest run around, I don't what else to do, I'm at my wits end!
Can someone help me please? I have all the information you'll require!
