Customer Support "SHATTERED"

My experience with Best Buy Customer Support was UNBELIEVABLE...UNBELIEVABLY BAD !

Very long story short, a refrigerator ordered and promised for delivery in 2 days did not happen because the driver refused to go down the long driveway for fear of damaging the truck.  Once contacting customer support as well as the store purchased from, I was assured that it would be delivered 3 days later.  Now are your ready for this....THE SAME DRIVER WITH THE SAME TRUCK.  He refused once again...(why would he have changed his mind?)

Finally, 2 days later it was delivered with different driver but the same size truck.  So, after 5 days later...a result is lost time...lost food and lost money, (having to rearrange work schedule twice).   During that time, within the customer support team, it was a series of phone calls not returned, on hold for extended periods of time, emails not answered, a classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing...a HUGE runaround.

SO...Disappointed to say the least....VERY DISAPPOINTED!
