To whom it may concern,
I would like to speak to someone regarding an ongoing insurance claim. The claim relates to property damage that occurred when my new washing machine was installed incorrectly by a sub-contractor of Best Buy. I am extremely unhappy with the way I have been passed from one sub-contractors' insurance company, to another's for nearly two months with absolutely no resolve. Please help!

We’d be happy to hear out your concerns, but we’d need to default to Sedgwick on these kinds of concerns for further assistance. Sedgwick is our partner for these kinds of things, and you should’ve been provided a claim manager who can oversee the process plus explain what’s happening. I’m sorry if your claim manager hasn’t done that. I understand that insurance issues can get messy, long, and complicated without having someone to take the initiative to be your person through-out the process.
