Who can I email to register a complaint ? Is there a forum where the best buy management actually addresses the complaints ? . I bought a Refrigerator on Mar 30th and paid for the installation as well. However, it has been almost one month and I am still hoping to get the water line installation done.

Thank your for the prompt and elaborate response. I would try to explain my ordeal here and hope that someone from the moderators mentioned in your reply would be able to offer a decent solution.
I purschased a LG refrigerator on 03/30/2019 from Best Buy #1240 , 140 Depot St, Bellingham. I requested delivery and water line installation for 04/10/2019 and paid for all the services. The appliance was delivered on the 10th , however the installation team remained absent. I called customer service and was told that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I waited for the 48 hours but no one called. Thereafter , I called again and requested assistance. I also tried to seek help from the chat assistant on the web page but they were also unable to resolve the problem. In despair, I called the help line again and managed to find a reprepresentative who told me that there had been a TECHNICAL problem in the system and that's why the Geek Team didnt visit. The earliest reschedule date he could offer me was the 04/20/2019. Considering it fate accompli, I thanked him for his assistance and looked forward to 20th. On 04/20/2019 , I was told that the team would visit between 07:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m. The team arrived at 01 :30 p.m. I was still happy to see them arrive after a long wait and lot of effort. However, after survey, they stated that job could not be undertaken because I needed to get another 6 Ft Water line Kit ( in additon to the one i already purchased along with the appliance on Mar 30). Moreover, they asked me to Re-schedule the appointment after making the purchase and left. Utterly disappointed, I called on Geek squad help line seeking solution and explained the whole ordeal. Their representative told me that she will check the details and give a return call. However, I have'nt received any return call so far and based on the experience so far, don't expet it either.
To summarize , It has been almost a month that I paid for the services which have'nt been delivered . I hope that someone can take a look into the situation so that others may not suffer from the same agony. Any help on the situation would also be highly appreciated.

As delivery issues can tend to be more complex, we have a special team, one that I am a part of, that specifically handles these types of cases. While this means a better end to end experience once you've reached an Agent, it can take longer for the initial reply.
