I bought a refrigerator last week and and the store employee promised a delivery date of 10/24/18. I've already cancelled my other meetings to accomodate the delivery date and today I received a call from geek squad mentioning that my delivery date would be delayed.
The item was on stock and not sure why it is getting delayed. So far I only received rude responses back from the best buy store I purchased. There is no proper communication and this is really unacceptable.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum! Buying a new fridge should be exciting so I’m disheartened to hear that your refrigerator order isn’t going as smoothly as we would like. In terms of your order being delayed, there could be a lot of different reasons for that to happen but I’ll be happy to look into that in more detail.
