Best Buy Escalation Customer service

Hello,<br><br>I recently purchased a Samsung (Pro) Hood for my new home. I decided after getting it delivered that I would want to get it installed. Called Geek Squad (mistake) to get Hood installed. Two weeks later, they come out and surprise surprise they need additional techs lol. I am fuming because the installer thought it was a microwave/hood combo. The dummy customer service rep put that on my order!!! I specifically said what it was and they looked at my purchase order because I bought it at Best Buy! So now I am on forever hold trying to get this resolved either I return item back to store, at let them deal with AMEX for contractural misrepresentation or they install it. As if this morning they were going to install on Tuesday but they called me and said it’s a enhanced appliance?! Redacted lol, does that mean and the lady hung up on me. Yeah I was heated and I am sick of the back and forth. I called the store and the kid can’t help me anymore as it’s escalation team. Well I haven’t gotten anything done and I learned my lesson. Never again buying stuff like this from Best Buy. Your worst than Home Depot!!

Wishing we could have met under better circumstances, I could certainly understand why you're reaching out to us on the Best Buy forums for assistance!  

Having read over the case that was opened up on your behalf not too long ago, that I was able to locate using the email provided at the time of registration, I'm thankful to see that you were able to work with the agent to find a time very soon and a token of their appreciation too!  Please know that we'd be happy to help out as much as possible, but it appears everything is all set to go from their notes!

Hi, well I was pretty upset because I use to work in sales and I would never treat folks like this! I sold hydraulics and machinery to automated farms to motion pictures. With that said. My appt for Tuesday stands so I guess I will wait till then to see if it goes smoothly.

Well another wasted day but my mom was at my house waiting. Sunday Best Buy and XPO/MN Plumbing and Home Services made another appointment for Tuesday 8-11. Received texts from BB and 3rd party confirming spot. I called 10min till 11am and asked why the installer hasn’t called. Well MN Plumbing called sent Best Buy an email at 6:30am asking (assuming) for more money/authorization for an ‘enhanced’ install. Well they nor Bestbuy bothered to call me that it was not resolved.

I was extremely upset and sent my mom back to her home and called Bestbuy. Ended up returning everything and being refunded for delivery and install. This is lackluster service and believe me I will be telling people via social media and word of mouth to avoid Bestbuy for appliance installation.

Bestbuy didn’t make it right and wasted my time and my moms time and didn’t offer me anything for it. I would also love to talk to an executive about practices like this and maybe analyzing this fiasco because it doesn’t work at all.

Speak of the devil, just called me at 7:40pm and wanted to reschedule for April 30!!! WT blank is wrong with people! No you had your chance and I have nothing to show for it! Redo you operation and dealings with 3rd party services that obviously aren’t up to the task!!!
