Best Buy Delivery and Installation Service Is Trash! Please Reconsider

Best Buy has taken me and my family for a ride over a microwave for almost a month. I ordered a nice Maytag over the stove microwave in early October. It took almost 3 weeks to receive it. When the Installation team arrived they were two hours late. The told me they couldn’t install my microwave because they were not allowed to drill through tile. So, my big ol microwave has been sitting on my counter since October 26. I had to remove a row of tile in order for it to fit.
I rescheduled and I had to wait till today. My window was 12-6 pm on a Saturday. This is my whole day. By 5:30 Best Buy still had not shown up. I decided to call them. I’m glad I did! Best Buy cancelled the appointment without me even knowing. Six hours out of my day was wasted! When I called to complain there was no one to complain to. They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. That’s why I’m writing this. I had to reschedule again! I’m scheduled for a Friday for another 12-6 schedule. I’m not happy about this service and we spent over $100.00 for this service to be juked by Best Buy. My wife and I both work during the week and are upset about this poor service. Please think twice about using this service. You are better off doing it yourselves if you can.
