Best Buy Delivery and Installation Mess Up

My wife had ordered refrigerator from Best Buy Glen Allen VA ( Short pump location ) . The order (Order # 1119245607792) was delivered to us more than a month from order date .
 
 
The delivery guys ( on 10-27-2019 at around 4 pm EST ) Best buy short pump sent did not know how to replace old ice water valve and install new one for new refrigerator they were delivering ..they used too much force and broke the pipe leading to the ice water valve.then they panicked and shut off the water supply to the house .we had to avail emergency plumbing services.
 
The emergency plumbing services cost us 860 ( from Gundlach Plumbing and Heating Service , Richmond VA ) . The hole they had to make on the wall which housed the ice water valve chamber for the repair would need sheetrock work and paint finish , estimated another 200$ of expense.
 
Please ensure people who you sent home for delivery at adequately trained so nobody faces situation like we did
 
They created a Sedgwick Insurance claim for the damages .but on the number given nobody receives the calls nor do they respond to voicemails

It sounds like this has been quite the bit of a mess of an installation. I do apologize for any inconvenience you've faced. While we aim to make the installation process as seamless and simple as possible, there are times where some situations may net unforeseen circumstances.
