Bad experience

We had 4 delivery attempts to install and then fix or replace a new microwave. Wasting days off work and Saturday with no call no show install appointment. Evette at corporate called after the 2nd and was to call back to compensate for the time. Was he idea not mine. She never called back or returned my calls. Was a 612 number. Can provide more info
