Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for that missed delivery. We always want to be on time, because your time is important. A rude phone representative is also unacceptable.
The delivery crew itself cannot reschedule deliveries, so it sounds like they didn't communicate what you needed to do to get that scheduled. We need to work to be better going forward.
