This person is not responding to the many messages and emails I have left re Damage by Best Buy to my home when removing my old T.V. on 5/26/19. Her voice mail continues to say she is out of the off and will return May 4th. It is June 13th, does she mean next year? Unsurprisingly I can no longer leave her a voice mail because her mailbox is full. The phone number she has on her voice mail in case she's not available. She's never available. The phone number is a general mail box that goes unanswered also. Does anyone work there that will handle this claim or do I pursue the legal route?
