I can see why Best Buy is in trouble. I mean I prefer buying in person because I can see the product, but, we purchased a refrigerator last Sunday for delivery on Friday - a six-hour window where we had to be available. My wife took the day off and moved appointments for work and arranged to have our daughter picked up from school to be there. Now, today, one day before it is scheduled to be delivered, we're told it can't come until next Tuesday - which, is when my wife moved her appointments to.
Apparently the refrigerator hasn't left the store and has to go to Houston first - that's right New Orleans to Houston and back to New Orleans.
I totally understand if there is freezing weather or tornadoes or fires or roads are shut down - none of those is the factor. That leaves plain incompetence.
And, apparently they don't give a rat's butt about our problems either. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

It certainly appears your family planned everything out to have the delivery that was supposed to take place and I could only imagine how frustrated I would be if placed in a similar circumstance. I’m looking forward to helping you out, here on the Best Buy forums, as best as possible.
