Worst experience ever. After spending thousands on appliances and having several bumps I was assigned an "Agent Defender" by the name of Rachel. Rachel repeatedly dropped the ball and ultimately stopped communicating at all w/regards to the redelivery of my BRAND NEW dead and dented appliances (one not working at all, the other arrived with a big dinger). I was reassigned "Justin" who has now also stopped communicating. SERIOUSLY. I was planning on purchasing my built-ins and cooktop there, but if this is how you treat your customers i'm out. I will be contacting the BBB to figure out how I can get compensated for the damaged appliances I'm stuck with. I have NO recourse. Justin asked some questions and then stopped responding at all just like Rachel? Now what? The dryer that arrived to replace the dead one, also arrived with a big dent which the installation guys neglected to point out. At least I have a matching pair. I'm sure I will be ignored here too, so I will be visting my local appliance store after a visit to the BBB site.
