ABSOLUTELY The Worth retail experience of my life

I bought 6 appliances totaling over $4,000

on the day they were scheduled to be delivered two were missing without a heads up or warning.

i had a closing scheduled on my house in which i bought these applainces.

i was told when i picked out the units that they were all available and i picked these units specifically for this reason.

i remodled my kitchen after buying all these appliances and did the layout for a counterdepth fridge.

anyway the dishwasher was delivered a week after i was promised.

topday the 5th scheduled time the fridge was supposed to be delivered i just got a text an hour after the scheduled delivery time saying i am scheduled for nov 8th a week for today. no call no explanition. i called in and was told the unti has still not arrived

i am completely fed up after hours and hours on the phone with best buy with 5 proposed deliveries. i was told today there is nothing they can do and i should just cancel my order.

that is unacceptable.

i have pushed my closing three times waiting for this fridge.

i was told last week (the 4th delivery scheduled) that they lookind and it was in transit.

i keep getting told things that arent true

this is unacceptable.
