Hi, I've been having quite a large issue. I ordered a washer and dryer over a month ago. The first delivery attempt the washer was severely damaged in transit but the dryer was fine. I turned both items away for the moment and decided to schedule both for a second delivery with the replacement. I had and appointment and a scheduled time window. The delivery never happened, I waited until 15 minutes before the end of the window to call and I was told my items did not make the truck for delivery. I did not receive an update what so ever saying I would not be recieving my items that day. The 3rd delivery attempt the company came to install the item but they only had the washer on the truck and no dryer. I accepted the washer and had it installed. I have take 3 day off of work to be able to receive my purchased items and still have not gotten everything. Through my several phone calls I haven't received any direct answer to where the dryer is or when it will actually be delivered. I have another appointment set but am affraid that once again it will be missed on the companies part. Is there anyone that can assist me get the bottom of what is happening thank you.
