Furious with BB and Geek Squad. Only purchased new dishwasher from BB because of install date. Which was supposed to be last Friday. They canceled and moved to today. Then they canceled and moved to Friday. How can BB and Geek Squad survive with such poor delivery and install services? Anybody have a name of somebody high up the chain who might actually listen to a complaint?

We certainly don't enjoy delaying delivery for any of our clients. I'd be happy to look into what happened to cause the delays if you would like, but firstly have you now received this unit?
