For 32gb of Ram you will need to have a custom ordered system. Unfortunately Best Buy may not have what you're looking for, but you may be able to buy a custom laptop and find out which one supports that ram and install it yourself.
What are you doing? Many top of the line gaming laptops come with 16gb of ram which is plenty for the time being, unless games start going very high resolution, then you will want more.
I personally think a dual SSD / Mechanical HDD is the way to go so you can have your Windows files on one drive and your apps on another. I did this myself and don't regret it. My Windows is problem free everyday.
Your mileage may vary though.

Asus X540UA-DB31 is the best for a budget under $400.
Asus X540UA-DB31 is a recently launched laptop, which is the best choice for students and frequent travellers who are looking for good sub-$400 notebooks. It is finished in a chocolate brown colour which adds premium looks to it, and it is also a lightweight machine.
Its 15-inch monitor was the best for me when I want a widescreen to simulate many games from Apknite at once.
You can consider buying it.

Most computer brands it is really a get wht you pay for.
If you want to have a computer for school work, social media, emial, online shopping, etc.. expect to pay $400 to $500 for a good computer
then there are multiple levels of gaming computers. They can all be found in computers by activating the Gaming Computers filter. What sets a gaming computer apart is mostly having a GPU, or graphic card that is not part of the chip set.
What is going to set them apart will be the
processor
memory
GPU (graphics card)
HDD/SSD
Screen size
To me a priority is screen size and GPU. The GPU will really drive the game experience and big screens are great.
You really have to pick your budget and get the best you can for your money if your into the gaming. I picked up a BB credit card and purchased one with 12 months interest free. It allowed me to get on beyond my means.
