the web site has said it will be coming soon of a while now, would like to buy it and a few other items together soon so I can take advantage of the 18 month financing that is being offer now.

so today was the day that my sub and amp were to be installed, took the day off with an extra vacation day I had, set the appointment over a month in advance. the installer quits a month ago no one called me to reschedule, thanks store 832 in Morgantown WV for really screwing up my day! this is the third time they have screwed an install up with me. you would think I would learn not to trust these hacks but no I put blind faith in them to get there stuff straight....LOL. already bought a custom made enclosure I can't return so don't want to lose the money I have in it. was very tempted to return everything and tell them to stick it but.........a fella was supposed to call me about rescheduling after 1PM today, 7PM now and nothing. guess me being out of sight makes me out of mind. no real surprise. will NEVER get another item installed with them. starting to second guess if it is prudent to do business with a company that doesn't appear to really care. it is like they throw gift cards at problems to make things go away. still waiting

I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time in trying to setup this installation for your amp, sub, and custom sub enclosure. Know that as an installer, we pride ourselves in trying to make the customer experience painless from the time they schedule, to the demo at the end of the installation, but again it seems that you have not received this service. I looked at their schedule and it does appear that they are running low on installers, and are currently running one installer and only two days a week. The installation bay is only open on the weekend currently, and im sure the store is looking actively for another replacement.
With that said, is there another store that is close by that you would be able to drive to and have it installed. I just would hate for you to sit on such a great system and a custom sub box for longer than you have, so another shop would be the quickest solution. I know alot of times that Best Buys are spaced pretty far apart, so hopefully the store can assist you in helping you out if, they cannot do the installation for a few weeks, pushing you further out.
It is really ashame to see all the great posts between Bill and you earlier in this thread and when it matters the most, the installation, it seems that you are stuck between a rock and a hard place with that store. Hopefully a moderator on here will swing by and assist you in this matter. Thanks again for keeping us posted, and most of all thank you for your patience! best of luck!

Right now I am thinking about returning everything and eating the cost of the enclosure, the fact that no one contacted me when they knew a month ago that they couldn't do it on that day really angers me. the closest Bestbuy after them is in Greensburg PA, pretty far from here, was the first thing I looked in to when I got home from the best buy. will be a week before I am near them again(store is about 30-35 minutes from me), 50/50 whether I return the stuff or not right now!
