Does Bestbuy have anyone you can talk to that can guide you thru upgrading your car audio? this might be odd but I have had Bestbuy install two radio upgrads on two camaros I owned in the past and it was a more difficult than I thought it would be. The installer Brandon was great but being able to talk to him was really hard because he was always busy. and the people on the sales floor were ususally clueless, often they led me to buying things that did not work with my install. IMO Best buy would sell alot more gear if they had more knowledgeable people selling the stuff available. the main reason I get most of my gear for car audio from BB is because I can finance it over an extended time frame that allows me to pay for most of the parts and labor up front with one transaction. I just wish I had someone to consult to what to buy and match stuff up so the install can go smoothly. I have a 2017 two door wrangler 75th anniversary edition Sahara, with the non alpine upgraded audio (no Sub), but have the 430N touch screen from factory that I am ok with but I believe I need a line out converter to create rca connection to add an amp, I have a Precision power P900.4 amp that I might use but not sure what to match with it or another amp if I need to buy one, My last system was around 1100 watts but don't think I want to go that high, 500 to 700 I think would be plenty this time around and not sure if I want to go with a separate sub and amp, think upgrading the speakers to match and more powerfull amp to power them is what I want, don't think I have room for a sub anyway, couldn't find any underseat shallow ones that could go under seats. would contacting the store manager be a good idea? emailing someone? everytime I want to upgrade there is always the ankst that I go thru. Liken it to a walk in the dark

I can totally understand how important having someone to speak to with smaller questions and advice can be. If you're anything like me, you may prefer to be more hands on with many things and just having that person to ask a few questions here and there can certainly make a world of difference and can make an installation go smoothly. That being said, as of the time of this writing, we do not have anything of this nature. Nonetheless, we do have a page on our Best Buy forum called IdeaX where our customers can submit their ideas to make Best Buy better. This page is actively reviewed and many of our current programs originated from there. I welcome you to post your idea there and see if we can make it a reality.

after posting this I saw where they offer a consultation with the installers you can schedule, so I did that and I will be going thursday after work. figured it is free to do so and that way I can bounce ideas off whoever I get to talk to. will make a list of what to order and hopefully if the sticker shock isn't too bad might order the items and services on like that night. have June 3rd to the 6th off and that might be a good time to get the install done if it lines up. got my fingers crossed this will work like I hope

That's great to here. I didn't offer that as you mentioned a previous installer you worked with and it seems like you may have plentiful of questions. However, I certainly hope your visit works out great and let us know if any issues or further questions arise!
