I own two devices and neither has been able to be located for several days now.......
Do you know if there is some kind of software problem??
This has happened before for very short periods of time, but never for this long.

Yes.......I made email contact and they were very helpful. It had to do with a unique situation regarding my account. And the devices weren't showing up as being associated with that account. They got it fixed!!
