order delay

I just spent the past 45 minutes on the phone trying to cancel my delay order. My order was to ship yesterday and I received a delay notice at 2am saying it will be shipped by DECEMBER 7 - a month later. So I ordered from somewhere else and I will have them today.  I tried to cxl on line and it would not let me and then I called they say it is "in process"  I am very disappointed in the level of service provided.  I spoke with 2 people who were totally unhelpful.  The first person said it was no problem to cancel as it had been delayed but then said he couldn't and transferred me to a supervisor, Alice V.  who was no help at all.  I want to cancel my delayed order.  Please assist

Welcome to our community forum. I know when I order something it's because I expect it to arrive as quickly as possible. We are typically only able to cancel orders with 30 minutes so it's unlikely that we will be unable to accommodate this request. With that said I would be happy to take a closer look at this order.
