never Received order confirmation.

Hello, I made an online order as a guest, I never received an order confirmation email, and it was for store pickup, and I never received an email about that either. But the transaction has already pulled from my account. Could I get some help with this please?

There’s plenty of useful information contained within our order confirmation emails, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure you’re not missing out on that information.  I’ll be happy to see what we can do about getting you the order number for your guest order.

 

For me to review your order further, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

 

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully locate your order, so you can track its progress using our Guest Order Lookup Tool.  To send me this information privately, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
