Have you heard back from UPS about your package? Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with UPS. If they reached back out, will you please let me know what they said. Also, if this has not been resolved for you, by clicking on the blue button next to my signature, send me a private message with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account.
