My bestbuy.com Black Friday order hasn't even shipped yet, Delivery Date was Fri 12.06.2019, need to know whether a SKU 6344253 will be shipped out to me ASAP or if I should file a chargeback and BBB complaint, thank you! -RF

Follow-up for anyone reading this, don't waste your time with these forums, Twitter, or the normal Customer Service number, they were all slow and useless anyway. Just call 866-650-775, hold times of ~10 mins and reps that actually do their job.
Good Luck! This company's customer service is mostly trash and it'll be Walmart/Amazon for holiday shopping from now on
