I'm wondering if I'm going to get a full refund for the Note8 that I had returned via UPS.
My Best Buy account stated the date in which I had to return the Note 8 by, which was stated as, "Return by 10/03." However, 10/03 is the date that I had started the return process, and I had to chat with a Best Buy rep (via online chat) in order to get a return label processed for me so that I would be able to send it back.
The Note8 arrived at 600 Park Loop Road, Shepherdsville, KY on 10/06. Therefore, will I get a full refund for the Note8 arriving three days past the stated return time period of 10/03?
