Hi, I'm traveling to canada next week, and I'm trying several times to buy stuffs on bestbuy. For the reason that I'm not in Canada, I can't call bestbuy. All my purchasings has been declined, I have no idea about the reason, because they don't tell me, when I go check the order status is cancelled. I tried for 4 times to make my purchase and nothing. The last one, I have the number [Removed per forum guidelines] wichs not even showing as a purchase, they say it's a wrong number when I try check the order status. I wante to know what's happening.

I appreciate you reaching out! I see that you're having some issues making purchases from Best Buy Canada. However, while we do share a name, we do operate separately and our U.S. support would be unable to assist here. I would suggest reaching out to our friends in Canada on Twitter using the username @BestBuyCanHelp if calling is not an option. You can also post publicly on the Best Buy Canada Facebook page, but please note that they currently do not accept private messages via Facebook.
