Why is my orders getting cancelled almost immediately?

My name is Targice {removed per forum guidelines}. I've been trying to get my orders to go through but I'm getting an instant email cancelation telling me my Information can't be verified. I litterally just bought something using the same Information last month Aug 26th 2019. What happened?
