We canceled item(s) from your order. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information

I was Ordering Online using my International Credit Card, but the thing is We are always getting Cancelled. Care to help us out?

Welcome to the Best Buy forums!  We’re sorry you’re experiencing placing an order with on Best Buy.com, and I might be able to provide you the information which could be causing the error.

 

Why Was My Order Cancelled states under “payment verifications”: We cannot accept payments that are not domestic to the United States.  I can only recommend using another form of payment, other than your international credit card, to see if this doesn’t solve the problem. 

 

Thanks for taking the time to write with us, and let us know if you’re still having troubles after using a new form of payment!
