Not only does nobody ever answer the phone at their national number or the store, but their online chat is a surreal rabbit hole of awfulness that solves nothing but destroys 2 hours of your life. I will NEVER make another purchase from Best Buy. I have had this experience every time I have dealt with them. Spend your money elsewhere.
