I made an order that had a Visa Checkout promotion applied. One of the items in the order was a preorder. All items except for the preorder item shipped. My credit card information was stolen and the credit card linked to the Visa Checkout was deactivated. I called into customer service to update my payment method (the new card is also linked to Visa Checkout). However, once this was updated, the entire Visa Checkout promotion was removed. The representative on the phone assured me that the Visa Checkout promotion would not be removed, yet it was. The promotion can still be seen on the order but reads $0. The representative ended up canceling the order instead of giving me the $25 discount. I just lost my $25 discount because of this. I have another order i need to update as well but I'm afraid to lose the discount. Can you help?

Placing an order with us and then having a promotional credit removed is not something anyone would want. I'd be happy to see how I can assist you in the interim!
