Placed an order with my new Best Buy card and it was cancelled for this reason "Unfortunately, we experienced a problem verifying some of your information, so we had to cancel your order." I have placed orders before using the same information using a debit card and PayPal and they have always worked fine. I think it is caused by my address. The postal service does not deliver to homes in my town so it is hard to get the address verified. UPS does deliver here constantly, though, and I used the address to get the BB card. Please help I would like to get a projector ordered while a gift card is still being given with it. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Best Buy Forums! Our community appreciates you taking the time to create a profile and connect here.

 

Typically, when this occurs, it is due to an issue with the information on the card not matching the information in the ‘bill to’ section of the order. We would recommend making sure that all of the info, including the addresses, match up on the credit card and the order information.
