Unauthorized purchase on my account

I got unauthorized purchase on my account. I received the email not too long ago. The order did not go through since I never update my payment info. I also cancelled the order to be safe and change my account password. ORDER # {removed per forum guidelines}. Did get hacked so my account info was hacked?

Welcome to our Community. As I know from my own recent experience, there is nothing quite as upsetting as the discovery that one's account has been used without authorization. I was unhappy to hear that you've had to cope with such a situation yourself and I regret any inconvenience to you.
