I been trying to order online pre-orders for store pick up and everytime I been auto cancelled. It has been going on for a month now and I called customer service and only to say my account can't do online orders anymore. That is really inconvient and is there a certain reason why I have been black listed? Is there any way they can resolve my account issue so I can online order again because if this is because I been using the same card, address, and account.
