Unable to create account

 I've tried to create my account from PC with Chrome,but I failed to do.
 
It says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."

 

I've tried using Firefox,Safari iOS,clearing cache,wind up nothing.

We can only imagine how frustrating it is when you’re not able to create a Best Buy profile. Coming to the Community Forums for a resolution is a great way to get a resolution to your issue.
