UPS hasn't received package

I received an email from Best Buy on Aug 27 saying my order had been shipped. The order status likewise says my order has been shipped. But the UPS tracking number has never shown that UPS ever received the package from Best Buy. It has said "Shipment Ready For UPS" since the 27th. I need to know when or if Best Buy is going to send the order to UPS for shipping.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum, though I wish we were able to meet under better circumstances. Ordering online should be a simple process, but it certainly sounds like your order hasn’t been going the way would hope in terms of convenience.
