So I recently ordered a gaming PC, but then realized it was the incorrect model. I tried cancelling the order, but the site says it can't (even though the order is only in the "Preparing" stage and has not yet shipped). Please, there has to be a way to still cancel it, yes? I'm a little frustrated because i spent over 1 grand on the product. Any help would be much appreciated.

Using the information you’ve provided when you joined our forums, I believe I’ve located the order in question. It appears to be in transit to you at this moment, and we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order at this point. If you’re no longer interested in receiving this PC, you can refuse delivery when UPS attempts to deliver it to you, and they’ll send it back to us so we can process a refund. Alternatively, there’s a few options to return the PC to us, detailed in our Return & Exchange Promise, if you’d rather return the PC to us yourself, rather than relying on UPS to bring it back to us.
