I’m sorry to hear about your missing order! It’s understandable why you’d be concerned if it didn’t actually arrive like the tracking number says. I certainly wouldn’t be happy if three of the movies I purchased were missing in action, so I appreciate you giving us the chance to see what options we may have available to assist you.
