I have an order via UPS that is listed as delivered on Friday, but I did not receive any package. Any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry to hear that your package didn’t arrive as expected. I know how frustrating it is when tracking information doesn’t match up with the actual location of the package, and I’d love to look into this to see if there’s anything we can do to help you out.

Please also include a list of the missing items, if there was more than a single product on the order.
