1800 bestbuy is who couldn’t help me obviously you didn’t read the post before commenting just like autotech769 or whatever the name is. They told me one thing and never happened. If I was the only no big deal but obviously I am not and as an employee that should tell you something. That since I joined iON the 25 th of July.over 52 complaints regarding 1)800 Best Buy all regarding how they were treated. You post as an employee doesn’t add anything to the post. Most of have been to your outsourced non English speaking supervisor

I read your post and was providing an answer based on the concerns you posted. I understand that 1-888-BestBuy was the team you had issues with, however they are the most immediate assistance available for your issue. You can wait for the moderators to reach your post here at which time they will reply but if it’s urgent you should continue to work with 1-888-BestBuy. These are the two avenues provided for issues with the 888 team. Hope this clears things up.

The saga still continues now day 7. However I did get a rep who completed the transaction I needed in less than four minutes and with a amile.


If 800 Best Buy worked as good as you posting on the clock getting paid to there wouldn’t be so many complaints and yes I still want a baby rep and not a none corporate employee who post when he should be stock his/her area

Great, I knew they were the most immediate assistance and had the ability to help with your issue! Glad they were able to get you fixed up! I am not paid for the time I spend on here, I’m off the clock and at home or on break when I stop by to aid those in need of help. I do appreciate your concern for those customers in need of assistance in our retail stores. when I was part of the store leadership before moving into the services side of the business, this was always a critical focus of mine. Hopefully the moderators will be by soon to take down your concerns.

Delays are never fun, so it disappoints me to hear that you paid extra for faster shipping and all of your items did not arrive when originally expected. Yes there the problem isn’t fixed ragrding Maris and unless rthe rules changes on a break your not allowed to leave company grounds only on a lunch. And as with others my problem was never addressed so I forwarded the recorded calls because of the state I live in allows that to several news organizations and since it is blankly clear this is a public forums the screen shots of reps arguing baving to get the last word and at home on breaks when a copy of your hand book which I can post a pick of is against company guidelines and they define a lunch not as a break but paid company time josh? As for a resolution if corporate wants to consider it resolved understand it’s not l. The only one resolved is what happened this past Friday but my inttial complaint is now 9 days which as elite plus or regular member is ludicrous hence why now news papers are involved on two sides cause they have the same issue in Canada as the us as we as the Spanish so josh they got your texts since your not corporate and was on break at home. See give people enough rope they ha g themselves, give the hand book to a friend they can see everything training information and what little paper there is. Dumbfounded that this didn’t have to go anywhere near this far. Rep responding multiple times during business hours only on paid breaks not on lunches. A request ignored , and no resolution. 6+ hours of phone recordings. 4 instances where reps used call avoidance tactics by after an hour on mute by hanging up. Bluntly saying no you can’t have a supervisor. But you think it was resolved now it’s out of the hands of consumers while further investigations go but again Best Buy hands nothing. Phone reps say call back, you want corporate address to send cd Ron or thumb drive there is but the app reps iON the app say call the 800 so defend the argumentative tones and passive aggressive behavior but now the media is watching not youtubers. The fact you took a promoter who spent just shy of ten grand in two months and turned them into a hatred of the company that’s some kind of stupid there. And if you don’t believe me look up the account. 200 this purchase 700 the purchase before grand thre times in a row. The store I goto they know me by and treated me like a king it’s only when I use the online shopping to shipp to home so good work on break at home.
