I'm trying to return an item I just purchased from the BestBuy marketplace, and the following error comes up for me when trying to submit an online return request via the "Start a return" function on the BestBuy website:
"Sorry, there was a problem sending your request. Please try again."
I have filled out all fields and tried this both on Chrome and Firefox. Any idea what the problem could be, or is there an alternate way I could process a return?

Thank you for registering with the forum regarding your trouble starting a Marketplace return. With that said, as a Marketplace purchase, it sounds like you may be located in Canada. Our team primarily works with our USA stores and customers. I have forwarded your information to our Best Buy Canada team, however. You should receive a response within 3-5 business days at the email address you used in your forum registration.
