Supervisor for bestbuy.com order

I placed an online order today for a cooktop.
I also had my 10%off birthday coupon
When I was doing the order it showed and I clicked to use it. Turns out it was NOT applied but now the certificate shows I did use it. If I did why didn’t it take off the 10%? I called customer service & she was useless, I called a store & they told me to come in. I went in only to be told it’s not valid on major appliance. I came home & read the fine print & it doesn’t say it’s not valid.
How do I get a hold of management to fix this problem?
